All Tickets Purchase for the Ocean Drive Beach Music Festival are subject to the following Rules.
- You will be allowed to leave and return the event. Do not lose your armband.
- No Fighting – You will be removed from the event for any unruly behavior and could be subject to prosecution
- No Loitering in the parking areas before, during, or after the festival!
- No unauthorized soliciting anywhere on the event site (this includes inside the gates and parking areas)
- No GLASS in the festival gates or in the parking areas of ANY kind!
- No Coolers larger than 48 quarts
- No WEAPONS allowed anywhere in the parking area or inside the festival gates.
- No Grilling, Tailgating, or Cooking is allowed in the parking areas or inside the event
- No Water Guns
- No Kegs
- No Pets
- No Bikes
- Only Reserved and Confirmed Tent Spaces are permitted inside the Festival Gates
- Chair Umbrellas are allowed in Specified Areas inside the Festival Gates
